NEW ECCC BAND PRACTICE FIELD • A new practice field for the East Central Warrior Marching Band Is nearing completion and will be ready for use prtorto the 1995 fall semester. located next to the Wan1or baseban field, the band practice area Is the resun of a cooperative effort between the Newton County Board or Supervisors and the ecce Maintenance Departtnent.
