According to homecoming orga– nizers, names and addresses of for– mer members of the Kaljyc-Peers have been located except for those who served during the following college terms: 1934- 35, 1935-36. 1941-42 and 1942-43. Anyone who was a member of the leadership organization during this period is urged to send his name and address to Mrs. Ann Burkes, Box 17, East Central Community College, Decatur, MS. 39327, Ph 635-2111, ext219. More information about home– coming details will be announced at a later date.

Founded during the 1934-35 term by former ECCC faculty member Leon Eubanks who now resides in Hattiesburg, the leadership was formed, according to its charter, "to train young men of ECJC in debate, parliamentary law and oratory; to develop knowledge of world affairs, literature, philosophy, science and any other field of study that might be deemed worthy; and to engage in any further activities that might promote good fellowship among members."
