test will come Thursday at Gulf Coast in the final regu– lar-season game. The Warriors will host the South State Tournament next week starting Monday. "I was real pleased with the outcome," ECCC women's coach Sammy Pace satd. "Jones has a good ball– club. They can beat anybody in the South Division. They have a lot of good athletes." Rasberry had 13 points, Eric Caples scored 11 points and Mike Hurst added 10. "Last time we played them, they beat us 110-77 at Jones," East Central coac h Marty Cooper s~id,. "I'd say we showed a btg Improve– ment. "Our inside guys played a great defensive game. Hurst is 6-foot-4 and Caples is 6-3. They had to guard (players who were) 6-9 and 6-6." The game was tied 57-57 at the end of regulation. Jones had a chance1 to win the game in regulation but Antonio Hubbnrd's sho t missed the mark. Hubbard scored 27 points to lead the Bobcats.
