Former ECCC Instructor Estalishes Scholarship... Former Ecce instructor Leon Eubanks (center) of Hattiesburg presents a SIO,OOO check to Dr. Eddie M. Smith, college president , to establish a leadership scholarship which will be awarded each year to the college's student body president. The scholarship is officiall) named the Leon Eubanks Kaljyc– Peers Leadership Award in tribute to the leadership organization Mr. Eubanks sponsored dur– ing his tenure on the Decatur campus, from 1934-43.
