Named Academic All-Staters..• East Central Community College sophomores Sharon Eldridge (second from left) of DeKalb and Cindy CaUaban of Forest have been named to various Phi Theta Kappa Academic AU-State teams and were recogniz~d along with other two-year college honorees during an awards program held in Jackson. Eldridge, a pharmacy major, was selected to the third team and Callahan, whose major is secondary math education, received second team honors. Eldridge is a graduate of Nesboba Central High School and CaUaban finished at Scott Central. Pictured with the outstanding students are (from left) Rod Risley, executive director of Phl Theta Kappa, an international honor society of the two-year college with headquarters in J ackson, and Dr. Eddie M.
