Education In Brief... County Students in Phi Theta Kappa Seven Newton County students attending East Central Com– munity College in Decatur have been inducted into Phi Theta Kap– pa, an international honor society for community, technical and junior colleges. The students, who are among the top 10 percent at ECCC, were recognized for their academic accomplishments and involvement in college and community activities. They are: Jenny L. Killen, Mandy R. Sessums and Hugh J . Rush of Union; Deborah 0 . Rigdon of Lawrence; DavidS. Alex– ander and Jeanna Rexanne Chaney of Little Rock; and Amy C. Service of Decatur.
