. native, has been in the insurance business for the past 21 years. His responsibility as Career Center Leader is to develop and coordinate a 'team approach' to workforce development. Team members include various person– nel involved in workforce educa– tion w,ho - along with Marshall - will be housed in the college's new One-Stop Career Center scheduled for completion next year. Funding for the center and personnel is mostly provided by the Workforce Act of 1994 pass- ed by the Mississippi Legislature.

, Marshall is a former ECCC Alumnus of the Year and is also a member'.of the college's Athletic Hall of Fame. Marshall is married to the former Bobbie Jones of Forest and they have three children. ·
