EC offering Spanish class in Philadelphia Registration for Elementary Spanish I, a three-hour credit course offered by East Central Community College in Decatur, will be held at 6 p.m. Monday, February 7, 1994, at the Philadelphia!Neshoba County Vocational-Technical Center, announced Gene Davis, Direc- . tor of Adult and Continuing Education. Davis said the first of 15 class meetings will also be held the same night of registration. Serving as instructor is Debbie Moody. . Davis said the class is offered at no charge to senior citizens over age 65 and adults over age 21 who qualify for the college's "first course free" poli– cy.
