Bounds Signs With ECCC Chasity Bounds (left) a senior at Newton County Academy in Decafur, signed a grant-in-aid basketbaU scholarship with East Central Community College last week. Bounds was an All-Star selection at NCA last season and will join Sammy Pace's Lady Warriors, who finished seventh in the nation last season. On hand to witness the signing is Bounds' mother, Felicia Blackburn.
