The Philadelphia native is al o a Navy veteran, having scrv 20 years before retiring in 1977 duties included teaching electr ·t6 electronics and hydraulics to '\:ri· V He is a graduate of Phil<~detnhi High School and Meridian C u. munity College where he receiv two associate applied science degrees: one in electronics technolo– gy, and the other in heating, air con– ditioning & refrigeratton.
