outscoring the Hinds women by a 95-90 margin and the East Centra! men, led by second-year coach Jay Bowen, rallied over the Eagles to claim a 111-101 win. The Lady Warriors ended season play with a 13-7 overall record and 7-5 mark in the South Division. Hinds fell to 15-9 and are also 7-5 in league play. East Central's Warriors had one of their best seasons in recent memory as the vastly improved squad upped its record to 20-4 and l,0-2, good for second place honors behind nationally ranked Gull Coast. The Hinds men dropped to 11-3 and 5-7.
