The statewide event is sponsored by the Mis– s issippi Office of Highway Safety, Students Against Driv– ing Drunk and Student Ath– letes Detest Drugs organiza– tions. "Participa nts will 'Ghost– Out' by painting their faces wh ite, wear ing alJ black or wenring black arm bands to symbolize t he t housands of teenagers who die each year in dr unk driving accidents," said ECCC staff member Frances Graham who is responsible for coordinating the activity on the Decatur campus.
