State VICA winners The Philadelphia-Nashoba County Vocational-Technical Center was well represented at the State VICA (Vocational Industrial Clubs of America) Secon– dary Leadership/Skills Olympics as two of its students captured awards. Bar– bara McBeath (second from left) won third place in the Commercial GarmenUindustnal Sewing competition while Tonya Clemons was awarded second place honors in the same category. McBeath attends Neshoba Cen– tral High School and Clemons is a student at Philadelphia Also shown are VICA advisors Howard Herrington and Melvie Culberson.
