TRIBUTE PAID TO TROOPS- Ceremonies paying tribute to troops stationed In the Persian Gulf were recently held on the Decatur campus of East Central Community College. Following a brief program, college president Dr. Eddie M. Smith, right, and sophomore class officers Brian Cooper of Decatur, president, and Gay Chamblee of Philadelphia, secretary, tied a yellow ribbon around an oak tree In front of Huff Auditorium which will be displayed until the American sollders return home.
