But Coahoma, obviously deter– mined to finally break into the win column after suffering through six winlc'!i campaigns, rallied for two quick !~Cores and eventually led in the non-d1v1sion matchup. The Tiger\ first touchdO\\on came on Tracy Thomas' two-yard run, wh1ch capped a 69-yard dnve. Quarterback Michael Brown ran for the two-point conver\1on and Coahoma narrowed the ~coring gap to 13-8. On the next series, a Warrior fumble gave Coahoma possession on the East Central 36-yard line. With 6:33 remainmg, quarterback Brown connected with wide receiver Eddie Williams on a 36-yard scor– ing pass play which gave the homcstanding Tigers a 14-13 margin.
