TUCKER HONORED- Special tribute was recently paid to Dr. Brad Tucker, retiring Dean of Instruc– tion at East central Community College In Decatur, who was honored during an appreciation dinner held In Mabry Cafeteria. Dr. Tucker, shown above with family members, will retire on June 30, fol– lowing a 40.year career at East Central. He has served as Dean of Instruction for 30 years. Program participants were Dr. Eddie M. Smith, college president; H.B. "Bubba" Hudspeth of Louisville, Chalnnan of the ECCC Board of Trustees; Tim Glaze, Baptist Student Union director; Enoch Seal of Poplarville, retired Dean of Instruction at Pearl River Community College; John Adcock, Vo-Tech Director and president of the ECCC Faculty Club; and English Instructor Ovid VIckers who was among those who presented gifts to the retiring Dean. Pictured with Dr. Tucker are his wife, Mary, their daughter, Beth Tartt and her husband Dr. Stephen Tam, and children Sarah and Michael, all of Meridian.
