Cliburn Joins ECCC Board Edsel Cliburn, center, was recently appointed by the Neshoba County Board of Supervisors to a five-year term on the East Central Community College Board of Trustees. Cliburn, who resides in the McDonald community, succeeds his father, L.E. Cliburn , who retired from the college's governing body after completing two five-year terms.
