Women 's games begin a t 6:00 p.m. followed by men s action a t 7:45 p.m.

Other scorers were Gloria Clay, 17 ; Mi sty Wright , 12; and Tamella Mazingo, 11; Brooke Smith, 6; Apryl Hendon, 5; Susan Williams, 4; Stephanie Wiley and Lisa Tucker, 2 each ; and Amy Apperson, 1. Hot-shooting Tony Ba iley blistered the backboards with 42 points and led the Warriors to an easy win. Other EC point– makers were Viverette, 18; Luther Riley and Robert Mikell, 14 each ; Harold Scott, 9; Matthew Riley, 6; Stribling and Hopson, 4 each. East Central led f51-44 at halftime. Games Played November 12 The Lady Warriors fell 64- 56 to East Mississippi but the Warriors were victorious over the East Mississippi men 95-78 in games played November )'2, 1991 in the Brackeen -Wood Physical Education Building. Lady Warriors scorers in the non-divisional matchup were Gloria Clay, 12; Tamella Mazin– go, 10; Misty Wright, 8; Brooke

College basketball teams made it. a clean sweep in weekend tournament action, as the Lady Warriors and Warriors defeated all opposition in the East Mis– si S'Sippi Community College Invitational. In Saturday night a ction, t e ECCC women outscored wson State (Alabama) 85-57 nd; imp roved to 3-4 on the 1991-92 campaign. The Warriors won t h ei r fourth straight game by clip– ping the Lawson State men 106-95 behind J .P. Viverette's 34 poin ts. Th e East Central men currently post a 6-1 record u nder first year head coach Marty Cooper. Other Warrior scorers were Mark Stribling, 25; Luther Riley, 16; Vandy Hopson and Tony Bailey, 11 each; Robert Mikell, 6; and Harold Scott, 3. East Central led 54-39 at halftime. Both EC teams captured wins over Mary Holmes Friday night, as the Lady Warriors won 78-62 while the Warriors claimed a 111-80 · tory.
