Tony Bailey, a 6:s ·~ r (9o..puund standout guard at East Central Community CoUeg t.l reeemly signed a national letter-of-intent with Murray State Univerb ~1ty during ceremonies held on tbe Decatur campus. Bailey sbQ'fD abo\>e with fir t-year Warrior head coach Marty Cooper, aver-.ged, 21.9 points per game during East Central's first four contests. As a freshman , Bailey averaged almost 15 points per game and was in– strumental in leading tbe Warriors to an overaU 21-6 ,nark . Follow– ing tbe 1990-91 season, he was named to the Meridian Star All-Area first team and was a second team All-State selection . He was also chosen ECCC's " Rookie of the Year.
