ECCC Who~ Who. .. These East Central Community College students from Scott County are among those included in the 1991 edition of WHO'S WHO AMONG STUDENTS IN AMERICAN JUNIOR COLLEGES. Students selected for the national honor are chosen based on their academic achievement, service to the community, leadership and extracurricular activities, and potential for continued success.
