EC names outstanding students
The 1991 edition of Who's Who Among Students in American Junior Colleges includes the names of 41 students from East Central Communi– ty College who have been selected as na tional outstanding campus leaders. Students are chosen for the national recognition based on their academic achievement, service to the communi– ty, leadership and extra-curricular activities and potential for continued success. Those selected join an elite group of students representing more than 1400 institutions of h~' her learning in aliSO states, the Dis · t of Columbia and several foreign na ions. Outstanding students have been honored in the annual directory since it was first published in 1934. East Central students selected in– clude the following: LEAKE COUNTY: Brent Bailey,
