Students form new chapter... Students Against Driving Drunk (S.A.D.D.) is a new chapter recently organized at East Central Community College in Decatur. Members include, seated from left Frances Graham, sponsor; Daphne Snow, Philadelphia, Lynda Kelly, Carthage; Dawn Alexander, Uttte Rock; Vicki Cumberland, Philadelphia; standing, rom left, Shannon Jackson, Carthage; Tammie Walker and Annette Carter, both of Morton; Gayla Goodwin, Carthage; and Jennifer Barnes, Philadelphia. The club has been active in sponsoring various programs which address the dangers of alcohol abuse.
