Win House Design Awards These students at East Central Community CoUege in Decatur recently won top honors in a model hou e design contest sponsored by the college's Drafting and Design Department. Award winners included, from left, Glen Harrison of Little Rock, third place; Joey Wilcher of Car– thage, second; and Williams Adams, also of Carthage; who won first place honors. Harrison is a gradate of Beulah Hubbard High School and Wilcher and Adam are graduates of Edin– burg and Leake Academy schools, respectively.
