Kappa Kappa Iota

The April meeting of Upsilon Conclave of Kappa Kappa Iota was held in the Fine Arts Building at ECCC with Grace Dickerson and Ellen McDill serving as hostesses. President Marie Hinson called the meeting to order and Grace Dicker– son followed with a devotion from St. John 2: l with comments on "Fill the water pots". Nena Leatherwood read the minutes and Geraldine Fick gave the treasurer's report. Plans were made to attend the state convention in Tupelo later this month. The program was presented by several of the Kappa members'

children who modeled spring clo– thing in an Easter Parade.Music was provided by Kathy Evans. Children modeling were: Ken Evans, Trista Dickerson, Elizabeth Dickerson, Garrett Dickerson, Keri Keith, Mag– gie McDill, Sam McDill and Amy Dellaria. Trista and Elizabeth Dick– erson entertained the group with a vocal duet. Sixteen members attended the meeting: Madeline Mayes, Myerl Langford, Mary McMullan , Lillian Horton, Pam Keith, Sarah Dellaria, Carleen Gilmore, Ann Bullock, Sandra Amis, and Bettye Barnett.
