ECCCwill award Music Scholarships The Fme Arts Department at East Central Community College in Decatur will award several music scholarships for the 1990-91 school year. Auditions for both the vocal and keyboard scholarships and the Accents will be held from 2:00 to 3:00p.m. Friday, April29, 1990 in the Fine Arts Center Audi– torium.
