County and count them as being from their district rather than as out-of-staters as they've had to do in the past. With only two Class 4A schools and no SA schools in its current dtstrict, ECCC now gets two 6A schools from Alabama - Tuscaloosa-Central and Tuscaloosa County - to add to its recruitin~ base. Southwest, whose district in– cludes Amite Pike, Walthall a nd Wilkinson counties i~ Mississippi has traded two Loui– siana parishes - St. Helena and Ea s t Feliciana - for Tanga piahoe to add to its recruiting base. Southwest will have sole recruiting rights in Tangapiahoe among the MJCA member schools ECCC will not enjoy the same rights with Tuscaloosa County as other MJCA members may recruit there as well as the War– riors. Other jucos would have to count those signees against their out-of-state total, however.
