Southwest will have sole recruiting rights in Tangapiahoe among the MJCA member schools ECCC will not enjoy the same rights with Tuscaloosa County as other MJCA members may recruit there as well as the War– riors. Other jucos would have to count those signees against their out-of-state total, however.
