HE BLEW OUT ALL 90 CANDLES! · Lomer c. Cliburn proved he still has plenty of air to spare as he blew out all90 candles (with a little help) during a recent birthday celebration held at East Central Community·College In Decatur. Cliburn, one of five trustees from Neshoba County, announced his retirement from the Board after completing his second five-year term. The former East Central administrator and Instructor received several gifts during the luncheon ceremony, Including a resoutlon and plaque presented by Board Chairman Henry B. " Bubba" Hudspeth of Louisville which recognizes Cliburn's 10 years' service on the Board and many years of service to the field of education. Helping Cliburn to extinguish the candles are Neshoba County Chancery Clerk Bobby Posey and Cliburn's daughter-in-law, Pam. (EC Photo)
