Germany selected new EC instructor

Conrad Germany of Union has been selected automotive body and fender repair instructor at East Cen– tral Community College in Decawr, announced Dr. Eddie M. Smith, col– lege president. Germany, 48, ha~ operated Ger– many's Body Shop in Union since October, 1986. The new East Central instructor has over 20 years experience in the field of amomotive bod} and fender repair, with approximately 10 years being served as an instructor in vocational-technical centers and high schools in Florida. Germany, a Jasper county native, is a gradua te o f Scottsbluff {Nebraska) High School, Universi– ty ofWest Florida in Pensacola and P ensacola Junior College. He also attended various work!)hops held at

tratning centers throughout the ou1hea l. He is a member of Bluff Spring Church of God where he teaches the Adult Sunday School class and serves on the church's board of trustees. He also serves the state association as a member of the business committee. Germany is married to the former Pat Pelfrey of Middletown, Ohio and they have three sons, Larry, Donald and Randy.
