The president of East Central Community College is asking Neshoba County taxpayers for an additional $45,600 in order to meet a $6.4 million 1991 budget and main– tain what he says is quality educa– tion at the Decatur school. The county may already be meeting its legal obligation for the school's funding , Jordon said. If the county is allowed to include a 1-milllevy for the county's voca– tional education facility as part of the 2.25 minimum, the obligation will already have been met, Jordan said.
