ECCC nomination sought Nominations are being received for outstanding alum· ni, instructors and athletic hall of fame inductees at East Cen– tral Community College in Deca tur, announced Dr. Brad Tucker, dean ·of instruction, who also serves as a member of the college's Alumni Associa– tion Board of Directors. Alumnus of the Year; math teacher Joe Clark, Outstanding Academic Instructor; carpen– try and cabinetmaking teacher Larry Blackburn, Outstanding Vocational-Technical Instruc– tor; and Athletic Hall of Fame inductees Lamar Blount of Decatur, Arno Vincent of Meri· dian and Earl Marshall of Clin– ton.

(Neshoba), Paul Chamblee of Carthage (Leake), Dan Har– rison of Newton (Newton), Ed Eichelberger of Forest (Scott}, and Pa tsy Clark of Louisville (Wins ton ). Out-of-district representatives are J ames M. Vance of Meridian and Larry Payne of Clinton.

Dr. Tucker said thos e selected will be honored during Homecoming activities which are scheduled Saturday, Oc– tober 13, 1990. The deadline to r eceive nominat ions for the various honors is Friday, August 10, 1990. He said nomination forms can be obtained by con– tactinb the Alumni Associa– tion at P.O.
