New ECCC Board Member Mrs. Rivers BreazeaJe of Philadelphia is the newest member of the East Central Community College Board of Trustees and is shown with Board Chairman Henry B. " Bubba" Hudspeth of Louisville, left, and College President Dr. Eddie M. milh. Mrs. Breazeale was appointed to the post by the Nesboba County Board of Supenisors. She represents District Three and succeeds Lester Rigdon who retired following IS years of service. Mrs. Breauale formerly served as Nesboba County Tax Assessor-Collector.
