Local educators attend ECCC workshop These educators rrom Winston County were among district high school representuti ves who recently attended a pdncipals' and senior sponsors' workshop held at East Central Community College in Decatur. Participants included, from left, Dr. Phil Stuphin, East Central dean or students; Mrs. Susan Stone, senior sponsor, Noxapater High School ; Mrs. Cathryn Stokes, guidance counselor, Noxapater and Nanih Waiya high schools; and Dr. Eddie M. Smith, East Central president. East Central Community College serves Leake, Nesboba, Newton, Scott and Winston counties.
