'3-Point Pam' wins many round ball honors

Pam Green, a student at East Central Community Col– lege, is better known as "3-Point Pam". The Damascus girl, daughter of Martha and Barney Green, made 67 3-pointers and earned her nickname this past season. She was chosen for the Mississippi Junior College All– Star game at Holmes Com– munity College in Goodman. The 5'8'' sophomore guard con– nected from long distance 67 times. She also earned All– State honors this season. Her high game was a 27-point effort against Gulf Coast in which she connected on six 3-pointers. She also made six 3-pointers against Delta in the state tournament. In all she made 62 percent of her 3-point attempts. Pam· s grandparents are Robert and ~lildred Dennis. of Sebastopol. Corene Green and the late Har\'ey Green of Walnut Grove.
