Oakley, Palmieri to serve in corps
East Central Community College freshmen, Shea Oakley and Robbie Palmicn, both of Louisville have been selected as members of the school's Warrior Corps, which is a select group of students who assist in rccrulling and serving as hosts and hostesses for college activities and events. Oakley, daughter of Mr. and Mrs.
Bob Oakley, is a graduate of Louisville High School where she was named Most Athletic and re– ceived the Anny Scholar/Athletic Award and T.W. Saterficld Lady Wildcat Award. At East Central, the physical education maj or is a member of the Lady Warrior bas– ketball team. Palmieri, son of Cindy Towne and Alben Palmieri, is a graduate of Louisville High School where he received the Citizenship Award and was a member of the Beta, Math and Physics clubs. He also served as Math Club vice president. At East Central, the computer science major is a member of the Warrior Band and Collegians, a vocal-in– strumental pop group. Academic counselor Gregg Jef– coat serves as Warrior Corps spon– sor.
