Massey named instructor DECATUR- Donald Wayne Massey recently became automotive mechanics instructor at the Pbiladelpbia-Neshoba County Vocational· Technical Center at East Central Community College, which operates the Philadelphia center. Mr. Massey, 33, replaces interim instructor Jim Stewart, who succeeded Keith Doss after he resigned. Before taking up his duties at the vo-tech center, Mr. Massey was an auto mechanic for Tolbert Chevrolet, Oldsmobile, Buick and Pon· tiac, where he had worked since February 1976. He is a graduate Clf Neshoba Central High School and has undergone special training in numerous automotive service schools. He is married to the former Norma Anthony of Kemper County and they have three children.
