Two named to Who's Who at ECJC Two East Central Junior College students from Winston County were recently named to Who's Who Among Students in American Junior Colleges. The honor students were selected by a committee of ECJC faculty and staff. Those selected were, from left, Chris Hemphill and Doug Woodward, both of Louisville.
