Hosk!ns Signs Philadelphia High School basketball standout Terry Hoskins, seated at left, bas inked a cage scholarship with East Central Junior College. The former point guard for the Tornadoes averaged 22.3 points per game and dished out 7.8 assists per outing in the 1984-85 season.
