Don Howington A resident of Little Rock, Howington is married to the former Beth Winstead and they are the parents of three children. Howington is a graduate of Beulah Hubbard High School, East Central Junior College and Mississippi State University. He is a member, church clerk and treasurer of Pleasant Grove Baptist Church; and is also Secretary of the Board of Trustees of East Central Junior Col– lege, Secretary of the Newton County Cat– tlemen's Association and a member of the Board of Directors of the Mississippi Poll– ed Hereford Association. Prior to his ~ssociation with The Citizens Bank, Hdwington spent 19 y~ars with the Farmers Home Administration in Newton, Neshoba and Lauderdale counties.
