Miss Congeniality At ·ECJC Patiicia Milling (left), daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Royce Milling of Decatur, and Alice Thames, daughter of Mary Thames of Union were. selected to share the title of Miss Congeniality by the con– testants in the Miss East Central Junior College Scholarship " Pageant. This is a coveted honor because it is given by fellow con– testants in recognition of the cooperation and caring attitudes displayed during the competition.
