Administration and classroom building, above top, was constructed on campus of East Central Agricultural High School in 1925. From this humble beginning, ECJC has grown to a two-year fully accredited Junior College ser– ving a five county district: Newton, Neshoba, Scott, Leake and Winston counties. Building, above bottom, is the Fine Arts Center constructed on the ECJC Campus in 1969.
