Hansford, a native of Union, was drafting and design instructor at East Central before his appointment to this position in December. Hansford is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Bill Hansford of Union. East Central Junior Col– lege, in coordination with the State Department of Educa– tion Vocational Division, of– fers industrial training to meet the needs of businesses and industries on a district wide basis.
