Taylor contributes to foundation W. A. "Bill" Taylor, center, Chairman of the Board of Taylor Machine works in Louisville, recently contributed $1,000 to the Mississippi Junior College Economic Deelopment Foundation Inc. which will be used to help fund special economic development activities planned for the 15-state junior college districts. Taylor, who represents the East Central Junior College District on the Foundation's State Advisory Council, is pictured with Henry B.
