Planning the '86-87 Schedule... The Board of Directors of the Newton County Community Concerts Association have elected a slate of eight of– ficers to head the group's activities for the coming year. Dates and entertainment have already been contracted for the winter month's run of three shows: * Nov. 15 - The Tennessee River Boys, Country Music at its finest. * Feb. 27 - The Young Americans, an all new musical revue, with a 45 member cast selected from international youth talent competition. * March 17 - Lincoln Mayorca, versitile entertainer and gifted pianist performing favorites from Scott Joplin, Irving Berlin, George Gershwin as well as novelties from the Twenties. The annual membership drive will begin August 26 and run through September 19.
