Both are very deserving of the honor. ''I was a little surprised to be named to this, •· he said. ·'But I worked hard and did my best.'' Alan said he bas a few goals in the game. "I want to hit the baseball well and I don't want to have any errors in the field,'' he said. "I'll probably be playing se– cond base. " Being named to post-season teams is nothing new to Alan. He was selected to his High School All-Star team in football and baseball.
