Gaines of Watonga, OK, is shown presenting Dr. Eddie Smith, president of East Central Junior College, a photograph of the 1915 State Basketball champions of Newton Coun– ty Agricultural High School (Presently ECJC). After being framed, the picture will be displayed in the appropriate place for the viewing public. Of the nine members on the championship team, Mr. Gaines is the only living.
