ECJC industrial training unit conducting classes at Hughes

The Industrial Training Unit of East Central Junior College's Vocational Department is conducting classes at the Hughes Aircraft facility in Forest. Six 96-hour classes have been com– pleted since January of this year training a total of 64 people. The seventh class is scheduled to begin after January 1. Graduates of these Quality of workmanship is highly stressed since all products must meet strict Department of Defense re– quirements. Some areas covered in class include wire and component identification and preparation, scale classes can be considered for employ- reading, methods of soldering, ter- ment by Hughes Aircraft in the pro– duction area.
