Rushing Named Board Vice Chairman John Rushing (center) of Forest was elected Vice-Chairman of the East Central College Board of Trustees during the Board's mon thly meeting held March 3. Rushing, who was named to the post by a vote of acclamation, will fill the unexpired term of the late Gilbert Brantley of Carrhage who died in December. Rushing, president and owner of Tower Finance, has served as board member since February, 1973. Pictured with Rushing are, from left, Henry B.
