Luke Parkes of Louisville was chosen Most Handsome in the annual Who's Who elections at East Central Junior College recently. A graduate of Nanlh Walya High School, he is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Lamar Parkes. At East Central he participates in varsity football and is a physical education major.
