Phi Theta Kappa Members Phi Theta Kappa honor fraternity at East Central Junior College inducted new members at the annual PTK banquet recently. Membership requirements state that a Fr~an must have a cummulative grade point average of 3.4 based on a 4.0 system and a Sophomore must have a3.3 grade point average for induction.
