The East Central Junior·College Home Economics Department .and the N~wtoii County Extension Service will co-sponsor a "Charm Clinic" on March 29 from 3:30 to 4:30 in the Home Economics Department aj the college. The clinic is open , to girls ages 9-16 and will cover four main topics · make-up, hair care and styles, modeling, and clothing styles and accessories.
